Morning Smoothie Ingredients
We discussed a simple smoothie with three ingredients that makes a delicious and healthy breakfast, snack, or meal replacement. Just mix a heaping spoonful of these three ingredients in water:
If I need a faster snack / meal replacement, I just mix Vega Chocolate with water and drink it.
I typically mix the powders into water using either a very cheap blender or by shaking a high quality water bottle. I would prefer to find a non-plastic based solution, but these are what I use right now.

Putting Supplements in Capsules Yourself
