The Sleep Master Sleep Mask

I'm a big fan of sleep masks in general because they're an easier way to create a totally blacked-out sleep environment than to actually shut down all light within your visual field (if that's even possible at all where you are). Remember, light is a signal to your body that it's time to wake up. Total darkness is a signal o your body that it should be sleeping. So sleep masks as a general approach to getting good sleep make a lot of sense.

My issue with other sleep masks, which typically utilize an elastic band to stay on your head, is that the band tends to get stretched out and then you can't use the sleep mask anymore. This happened to me more than once with other masks.

Then I started using the Sleep Master sleep mask. It utilizes velcro to fully wrap around your head, which solves the issue of getting stretched out. It also kind of covers your ears, which gives a partial sound-blocking effect. It has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep and I use it every night at this point.

As far as travel applications, the sleep mask is easy to fold up so you can pack it and take it with you. I find sleep masks to be even more important than usual when traveling because your sleep environment is more unpredictable than usual.

Overall, I'm super pleased to have discovered this sleep mask. I like it so much I will probably start gifting it to other people at some point, which I think is some of the best praise somebody can have for a product.

Sleep well!

(Note: I became aware of the Sleep Master sleep mask as a result of reading Tools of Titans by Tim Ferriss.)
